"I attended a super interesting workshop of Carolin about breath. It was so inspiring for me to hear how she took her own vitality and health into her own hands and how much we can do ourselves just by so easy tricks like the breath. We got a lot of practical tipps and advice and we discussed loads of different breathing techniques. Specially with her passion for diving, she`s a great expert in this field. I would recommend the workshop to anyone!"
